A couple of days off, before the Christmas rush starts, spent over in west Wales. A magical day at Mwnt, on the Ceredigion coast between Cardigan and Newquay. If you can get there go. If you have been, you'll know what I mean.

Wow. That looks just a perfect spot. "Mwnt" would be a great word for hangman wouldn't it? Folk guess all the vowels first. Sorry, I've ruined the moment. I do love the look of this place and hope it has a healing effect for you...
